We are a small family-run agricultural business located in the hamlet of San Sano, among the splendid hills of the municipality of Gaiole in Chianti. We use an artisanal process to produce a limited quantity of bottles of Chianti Classico wine each year. The calcareous soil, with a good presence of marl and alberese, the total exposure of the vineyard to the sun and the peculiarities of the vines present, with a clear predominance of Sangiovese, allow us to obtain a unique DOCG wine of its kind, whose characteristics are strictly regulated by the regulations of the Chianti Classico Consortium.
