Both the custom label and the video label are free of charge!
2. What is a personalized label?
You have the option to add a custom label to our products created by you directly on our website: an original idea for a special gift!
You can choose to personalize the label with photos and text, or even add a video that will be uploaded to the QR code printed on the custom label!

To create a video label click here! Design the label's graphics and, after completing the order, send us the video via WhatsApp to the phone number provided in the order confirmation email: we will upload it to the QR code printed on the custom label.
3. How do I customize the label?
You can customize the label in a few simple steps:
- Go to the personalized label menu and choose your favorite product from Wine, Olive Oil, Sweetwine, or our adoption programs. If you want to give a gift for a special occasion, get inspired by our themed layouts such as Birthday, Christmas, Anniversary, Valentine's Day, and many more. - After choosing the product, click on "design me" and start creating your custom label.
- Add photos and texts
- Complete the order:you will receive the product you chose at home with the label created by you.

4. What is a video label?
Now you can create a custom label with photos, text, and... a video!
The video will be uploaded to the QR code printed on the custom label. When you receive the bottle at home, simply use your smartphone to scan the QR code and enjoy the video. Give your loved ones the memory of a unique moment spent together or celebrate an important milestone in an original way!

5. How do I upload the video to the video label?
It's very simple!
You can create the video label in a few easy steps:
- Go to the video label menu and choose your favorite product from Wine, Olive Oil, Vin Santo, or our adoption programs. If you want to give a gift for a special occasion, get inspired by our themed layouts such as Birthday, Christmas, Anniversary, Valentine's Day, and many more. - After choosing the product, click on "design me" and start creating your custom label by adding photos and text.
- Complete the order: the order confirmation email will contain the phone number to which you can send the video via WhatsApp. Remember to specify the order number!

6. Can I receive the product only with the custom label, without any additional labels?
No, it's not possible.
To ensure the quality and traceability of our products, every bottle of Chianti Classico wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil that leaves our cellars must have, by law, the label that describes its characteristics, such as the type of wine, vintage, alcohol content, etc.
For this reason your personalized bottle will have a double label:
- on the front of the bottle there will be the product label (mandatory for law)
- on the back of the bottle your custom label created online
7. How do I enter the beneficiary name of the adoption? When will I receive the adoption certificate?
After completing the order, we will send you a form to fill out where you can enter both the name of the buyer (the person making the gift) and the name of the beneficiary. Then we will send you by email the adoption certificate that you can give to the gift recipient.
